Regina!

Regina Foster has been performing in plays and musicals since she was a child. After appearing in many high school performances she added theatre to her course of study in college. She’s appeared on television hosting the show Rhode Island’s Child and went on to write, produce, and direct independent work including cabarets and drag shows.

The Regina’s Universe brand started in 2005 when she started blogging. After several attempts on other formats she found her stride with the MySpace community. She was able to gain a strong following with her witty and thought provoking blogs as well as her dedication to charity by launching an international movement to create 1000 paper cranes to send to Japan for International Peace Day in 2007.

She took her blog to the airwaves in August 2007 with her first show Regina’s Universe: Live & Uncensored on Blogtalkradio.com. Live & Uncensored focuses on current events, relationships, and daily life issues that affect all of us. With a live and very vocal audience the show entertains for 2 hours every Monday night.

When she’s not on the air or spending time with her family, Regina is very active raising funds for various charities. Her largest efforts benefit the Relay for Life and Making Strides Against Breast Cancer.
